Schwab will serve as the Client qualified Custodian. Long Point maintains an institutional relationship with Schwab, whereby the Advisor receives economic benefits from Schwab. Where Long Point does not exercise discretion over the selection of the Custodian, it will recommend the Custodian to Clients.
